Adrienne Wardenski comes to XPRIZE Foundation with 10 years experience in the non-profit sector working in international education, higher education, and advancement roles. She has spent the last five years working in advancement operations and is joining XPRIZE as Manager, Individual Giving, where she will manage fundraising operations for the Individual Giving team.

Prior to joining XPRIZE, Ms. Wardenski managed campaign operations, alumni programming, and volunteer committees at Chadwick School. Previous to Chadwick, Ms. Wardenski worked at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in the campaign office, where she oversaw learning and development for advancement staff. She developed priorities, plans and strategies for training advancement staff on Institute priorities and initiatives and worked with colleagues and leadership across the Institute on donor meetings and events. She has also worked with many independent schools across the country, helping to build out residential programs for international students.

Ms. Wardenski is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University.
