Dr. Marta Yebra is a globally recognized leader in remote sensing, bushfire science, and environmental modeling. She is a Professor at the Australian National University (ANU), where she directs the Bushfire Research Centre of Excellence, driving cutting-edge solutions for wildfire prediction, detection, and management.

A pioneer in fire intelligence systems, Dr. Yebra integrates satellite data, aerial and ground sensing, and AI-driven analytics to revolutionize wildfire monitoring and response. Her groundbreaking research in fuel moisture estimation, fire risk modeling, and other remote sensing applications to wildfire management has significantly advanced global fire resilience strategies.
